The Quranic School of Agriculture in the Sunnatullah-based Agroforestry zone which is a program of the Bashirah Cahaya Madinah Foundation will be developed with a design application that is as simple as possible and as it is, with the use of natural materials available in its surroundings. A manifestation of attitudes and behaviors that seeks to continue to maintain a balance and harmonious relationship between humans and the nature around them.

Initial Preparation

• Establishment of Foundation Organization Team.
• Foundation Establishment (Foundation Legality).
• Foundation Profile and Program Preparation.

Budgeting and Fundrasing

Rajab – Ramadhan 1446

• Preparing a detailed budget of the costs required in the development process.
• Launching a fundraising campaign through social media, print media, mainstream media, donation platforms and communities.
• Socialization of the foundation’s programs to the public to increase public awareness of the benefits and wisdom of the foundation’s programs.
• The fundraising target reached 50% of the total budget required.

Survey and Determination of Development Location

Syawal – Dzulqa’idah 1446

• Implementation of surveys and feasibility studies to several development planning locations.
• Determination of development locations in accordance with the context of the Foundation’s program needs.
• Land Acquisition and its Legality.

Design and Blueprint

Dzulhijjah 1446 – Muharram 1447

• School Site Landscape Design.
• Landscape Design of Agroforestry Zone.

• Finalize the design and blueprint by the Foundation.

Agroforestry Implementation and Operations

• Land and soil cultivation for crops and livestock.
• Processing organic waste into a source of fertilizer and plant nutrients.
• Livestock Farming and Management.
• Aquaculture Management and Stewardship.
• Seedling sowing activities.
• Activities to plant shade trees, timber trees, bamboo trees, and fruit trees.
• Planting cereals and vegetables.

Monitoring and Continuous Development.

• Regular monitoring of school and agroforestry program operations.
• Development of learning methods and extracurricular activities.
• Improved facilities and resources based on needs.
• Social entreprise development.

Every stage that will be implemented above, will always be communicated with the local community (society) to ensure good support and participation from them.

Documentation and periodic reports will always be updated through this website publication page to maintain transparency and accountability of program implementation.

And flexibility is definitely needed to address challenges and adjustments that may arise during program implementation.
